Any artwork I create WILL be posted on various social media platforms. I will NOT resell your artwork. If you don't want me reposting any artwork I have done for you, please explicitly let me know!
I reserve the right to turn down any commission request without explanation, but if you are curious before you order as if to if I may accept your commission or not, please reach out! I'm more than happy to listen to what you're hoping for. :). °˖ ✧ ADDITIONAL CHARGES ✧˖°.
Changes to the artwork during the draft stage are free and encouraged if the client is not happy! Beyond the draft stage, only small changes are offered for free. If the client requests a large change that includes the lineart being changed drastically, then additional charges will be required.. °˖ ✧ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ✧˖°.
Depending on the commission, the finished product will be delivered between 1 week and 2 months. If you are concerned about a timeline, please reach out!. °˖ ✧ USE ✧˖°.
These commissions are for non-commercial use ONLY. At the moment, I am not interested in providing commissions with artwork created for commercial use.. °˖ ✧ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ✧˖°.
I do not permit my work to be claimed as another person's.
I do not permit my work to be made into an NFT/adoptable
I do not permit my work to be resold.
I do not permit my work to be fed into an ai model to be used as a training resource, or to edit and change it in any way.. °˖ ✧ REFUNDS ✧˖°.
Up until the draft stage is complete, a full refund will not be available. Beyond the draft stage, partial refunds will depend on how much work has been completed. In the case that I cannot complete the work due to a personal reason, a full refund will be granted, and the client will be provided the work that was completed in that time.. °˖ ✧ COMMUNICATION! ✧˖°.
I provide an update for the draft, lineart, flat colour, shaded and background stage to ensure that the client is happy with the work, and any changes or tweaks are included. If you would like more updates, I encourage you to reach out whenever you like to see how it is coming along!
